TERMS & CONDITIONS


A non refundable deposit, based on a minimum of 20% is required immediately to confirm your event.

Payments can be made, by either cash, cheque or via bank transfer, due to covid we would prefer via bank if possible.  


There is a returnable deposit of £25 for the equipment (trays, bowls etc) which you will be refunded once returned.  

I do not charge a hire cost but if  you require serving impliments these can be provided too but the returnable deposit would then be £50 including trays etc. This is due with the final payment.

 

Additional Charges: Please note i will deliver buffets for free within a 5 mile radius otherwise there will be an additional charge.  Collection is not included in the price and there will be a charge for collection or free if you prefer to return the items yourself.

O'Crumbs will deliver the food as near to the agreed serving time as possible. Food hygiene regulations states that cold food should be eaten within 2 hours of serving. Should the client not adhere to these guidelines they do so at their own risk.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure any left over food is properly disposed of and not consumed at a later stage

All serving platters, dishes and plates remain the property of O'Crumbs and should be washed by the client prior to returning or collection. A convenient time will be agreed with the client at the time of delivery. Any items which are lost, broken or damaged will carry an additional charge and be deducted from the returnable deposit.

Final balance is due 1 week in advance of event.


Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
Please note if you are paying by cheque this must be cleared 1 week before the day of the event.


CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

 

We are unable to issue any refunds due to reduction in guest numbers once the final balance is due.
However, we will endeavour to accommodate any last minute additions.
Any additional expenses such as an increase in numbers required will become payable immediately if after the final balance due has past.

Please note the prices apply to a minimum booking of 20 people, below this amount there will be an additional charge.
